inspired by the aesthetics of the emo subculture.
VIVANT MORT was one of my favourite projects that I did During my studies at HEAD, where I got to experiment with a lot of textiles and cutting techniques. Through these experimenting projects, I discovered more about my identity as a designer. I developed my signature aesthetic which I would describe as sexy, alternative, and fierce. I was constantly challenging myself to explore more complex cuts, in order to improve my designs.
The look consists of taller with moldable aspect that gives the wearer more freedom to adjust the different parts. The sleeves, Colette, and basically all other outfit parts have hidden buttons that bind the textiles together.
